RECOVERY

The Recovery treatment model is designed for individuals who have experienced injury in the past 3 to 6 months and are still frequently limited by pain. Individuals who would benefit from this treatment model may have moderate to severe pain with daily activities. 

DRY NEEDLING

Dry needling is a therapeutic intervention that uses thin, mono-filament needles to address soft tissue pain and impairments. This treatment technique can be effective in reducing lower back, hip, knee, shoulder, and neck pain.

REGENERATION

The Regeneration treatment model is designed for individuals who experience constant or persistent pain. Individuals who would benefit from this treatment model may have mild to moderate pain while performing day to day activities. 

THERAPEUTIC CUPPING

Cupping is a therapeutic intervention that uses suction through a glass cup to promote blood flow, reduce pain, and reduce inflammation. This treatment technique can be effective in reducing pain associated with muscle impairments of any region. 

REFORM

The Reform treatment model is designed for individuals who want to enhance or improve their current physical capacity to meet or exceed physical fitness goals. Individuals who would benefit from this treatment model may not experience pain but aim to learn how to prevent injury while participating in high level fitness activities. 

JOINT ALIGNMENT

Joint alignment is a therapeutic intervention that a physical therapist utilizes to address joint impairments through the use of joint mobilizations and manipulations. This treatment technique can be effective in reducing pain, improving range of motion, and improving the bio-mechanics of the joint treated.
